In 1978 we set out to build a company that manufactures specialized diamond blades, bits and grinding products of the highest quality. We at Terra have built a truly remarkable business and are known as a world-class manufacturer of diamond tools serving all of North America.

Terra products are designed and built by our skilled employees at our manufacturing plant located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Pat O’Day 1948 – 2018

Pat O’Day had a vision. In 1977 that vision took form and became Terra Diamond Industrial. For over 40 years Pat and his wife Judy, with the team at Terra Diamond, have provided truly remarkable products to all of North America. Pat’s passion, and ingenuity in building diamond tools created a world-class manufacturer.

Pat genuinely cared about his employees on and off the clock.  He empowered us to contribute and improve the process. He demonstrated leadership and a dogged insistence on getting the product to our customers the way they need it, on time, never compromise our level of service, and to make a product we can all be proud of.

He is greatly missed. He had our backs when we needed it. His gift to his employees was imparting knowledge to perform and excel at their jobs.

We as the Terra Diamond team continue to carry forward his legacy of vision, passion, and ingenuity.
